All Weather Operations (AWO or AWOPS) applies to an operator who requires an ILS landing minima with a decision height lower than 200 feet and a RVR of less than 400 meters. Appropriate Low Visibility Procedures must be in force at an aerodrome, according to information received from Air Traffic Services, before commencing a Low Visibility Take-off, an approach utilising EVS, a Lower than Standard Category I, an Other than Standard Category II or a Category II or III approach.

All operators are required to request approval by submitting form INS-16.020 page 3, any operational supporting documentation must be included in the application.
