Payment Terms and Conditions

PAYMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. Payment is due upon presentation of the invoice.
  2. All bank fees related to wire/bank transfers are the responsibility of the sender.
  3. Invoices must be received in USD currency.
  4. All invoiced item amounts are non-refundable/non-transferrable/non-creditable.
  5. In the event of a cancelled, postponed or changed inspection by the client, the client will be subject to pay all non-refundable travel expenses and a non-negotiable fee based on notice advance:
    1. Less than 48 Hours Notice - $3,000.00 USD
    2. Less than Seven (7) Days Notice - $1,000.00 USD
  6. Invoiced ‘Term Period’ refers to the invoiced rate for the certificate. Invoiced Term Period may not correspond to the term period on the certificate.
