If a person acquires or disposes of a propriety interest in an Aruban registered aircraft, the holder of the certificate of registration must notify the DCA of Aruba immediately of any changes that have been made to the information that was supplied to the DCA at the initial registration.

A change of aircraft details includes; change of registration mark, change of ownership or address, change of registrant holder or address, and/or change of operator or address.

A notification of any changes should be made by submitting an official email to your personal registration officer, who at which point will provide you with the applicable guideline to complete your desired change.

To notify us of a change in the organizational structure of the operator, please submit an updated IASO Form A-014.
