When transferring an aircraft registration to another State the applicant must inform the DCA by submitting form INS-4.069 and provide written notice that any agreements have been terminated between parties with a date of effect. 

This application must be signed by a company director or authorized representative of the registered owner company.

In addition, an Aruban-approved Maintenance Organization must submit the logbook entry or signed-off work orders for the REMOVAL and DE-ACTIVATION of:

a. Registration Mark Paintings

b. Identification Plate

c. ICAO  24 Bit(Mode-S) Code Address

d. ELT code from all ELTs
